Increasing your fluid intake is the best remedy for dry mouth. Having sugar- free gums can help stimulate saliva flow and avoiding excessive intake of caffeine, alcohol and carbonated beverages is important in preventing having a dry mouth. Having dental check ups is also important early signs and symptoms of oral health problems can be diagnosed at its early stage thus preventing it from progression.
